999ar Terms & Conditions

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 999ar platform (accessible at 999ar.org and any associated subdomains or applications), you ("the User", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the 999ar platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 999ar. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the 999ar platform in any capacity. Continued use of any 999ar service following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with 999ar, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 999ar enforces this requirement strictly through CNIC-based identity verification.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where participation in online casino or sports betting activities is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment — not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 999ar or had a prior 999ar account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

3Account Obligations

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account with 999ar. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held therein.

• You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999ar Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your 999ar account.
• You must notify 999ar support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your Pakistani mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times.
• You acknowledge that 999ar may, at its discretion, require additional identity verification documentation (KYC) at any point and that failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

999ar will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 999ar platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount at 999ar is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though transaction limits imposed by your payment provider may apply.
• Deposits are credited to your 999ar PKR wallet in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• 999ar does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your 999ar account identity.
• 999ar reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder and to request supporting documentation.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed only to accounts that have completed full KYC identity verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within four (4) hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa to verified accounts. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day.
• 999ar does not charge fees on standard withdrawals from verified accounts. Fees imposed by your payment provider are outside 999ar's control.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. 999ar strictly prohibits third-party withdrawals.
• 999ar reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large or unusual amounts, and to delay processing during such reviews.

5Bonuses & Promotions

999ar offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates or not at all — the specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment use only. They may not be transferred to another account or converted to cash prior to satisfying wagering requirements.
• 999ar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements already in progress by a member will be honoured.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless 999ar explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains unconverted forfeits the prior bonus and its associated wagering progress.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All games offered on the 999ar platform — including slots, live dealer games, and sports betting — are subject to individual game rules displayed within the game or betting interface. The following general rules apply across all 999ar gaming products:

• Bets once placed and confirmed are binding. 999ar does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific product rules (for example, cash-out options where available in the cricket sportsbook).
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 999ar reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant account. Where game results have been correctly determined prior to a technical issue, those results stand.
• All slot games on the 999ar platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by an independent testing laboratory. Results are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operating in real time. 999ar is not responsible for human dealer errors where such errors are identified and addressed by the game studio's own quality control procedures.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are settled according to the official results published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, FIFA, etc.). 999ar reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface before a bet is placed.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999ar platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another individual in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical device to place bets or interact with the 999ar platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of sporting events covered by the 999ar sportsbook.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Conducting arbitrage betting strategies designed to lock in risk-free profits across markets in a manner inconsistent with recreational betting behaviour.
• Using the 999ar platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. 999ar is required by its licence conditions to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Accessing the 999ar platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, or using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 999ar platform — including but not limited to the 999ar brand name, logo, game titles, interface design, text, graphics, software, and audio-visual material — is the intellectual property of 999ar or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999ar platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any content on the 999ar platform without express prior written consent from 999ar.
• Any unauthorised use of 999ar intellectual property may constitute a criminal offence and/or give rise to civil liability.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999ar, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 999ar platform.
• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 999ar's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the 999ar platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• Losses arising from decisions made while gaming under the influence of alcohol, substances, or any other impairment affecting your judgment.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 999ar's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10Responsible Gaming

999ar is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsibilities toward player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all 999ar members:

• Age Restriction: 999ar strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any deposits returned in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out from the 999ar platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to six months. During a cool-off period, access to all gaming products is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe they may have a problem with gambling may request permanent self-exclusion from 999ar. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is not reversible through customer service channels. Requests for self-exclusion should be made in writing to 999ar support.
• Reality Checks: The 999ar platform provides periodic session time notifications to help members maintain awareness of the time they spend gaming.

11Account Suspension & Closure

999ar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period after request.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
• Where required by law, regulatory instruction, or the directives of 999ar's licensing authority.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose 999ar or its members to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their 999ar account may do so by contacting 999ar support. Any remaining verified balance at the time of account closure will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12Amendments to These Terms

999ar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 999ar will notify registered members via the email address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at the time of login. The updated Terms will display the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 999ar platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to an updated version of the Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 999ar platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999ar holds its gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and 999ar, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct communication with 999ar's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedures established by 999ar's licensing authority.

• Disputes relating to individual bet settlement must be raised with 999ar support within seven (7) days of the relevant event's settlement date.
• Disputes relating to account balances or transaction processing must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant transaction date.
• 999ar's decision on all gaming-related disputes is final, subject to any applicable review by the licensing regulatory authority.
